Астана. the face of man under the church

I don't know how they make this, but it is very interesting. Perhaps, I think so, it is illusion, which have a phisical beginning.The  man look like a man without age, but with close eyes and deeply inside. In 2011 on not found mobile(Nokia x2) i make one strange photo: under cupols of old masjid in Astana city i saw very interesting thing: one "holy man" with one heart. But i saw 2 childrens-twins, who so lovely look at each other.
